1. Product updates

Over the last few weeks, we’ve shipped a handful of things that should make selling tickets with UpTo smoother:

  1. Hidden tickets with access codes

    You can now create ticket types that only appear when a guest enters a code. Great for talent, volunteers, and when you’re officially sold out but unofficially still issuing tickets.

  1. Per-attendee info collection

    Collect details like name, last name, and email per attendee, not just per order, so you can know who’s actually coming.

  1. QR code check-in web app

    We’ve released our door check-in ticket scanner. The check-in app is designed to be used by volunteers, venue staff, so no app download is needed, no special access permissions needed, and no sensitive business or attendee information exposed.

  1. Order email confirmation email to Producers

    For every order that goes through, Producers will receive a real time email with key information about the order. This will allow you to quickly track sales and attendees without logging in.

2. Success story: HUMP! Black Friday sale
